Cottage Industry's simplified guide to purchasing custom upholstery.

1.  Pick a frame

See us in store to peruse our many catalogues or browse from the comfort of home online (websites are provided at the bottom of this post).

Frame featured above:  Rowe Furniture's Monaco Slipcover Sofa (K880-001).

2.  Pick a fabric

Through our various lines we've amassed a collection of 2000+ upholstery grade fabrics. Bonus - you can also order custom pillows or fabric by the yard!  We love to help select fabrics and encourage customers to sign out swatches to try at home.

3.  Pick a leg finish

We have samples in store for most finishes which we also sign out for home trials.

4. Pick a seat cushion

From extra firm to feather soft and everything between, we've got a cushion that's right for you.  See us in store to "test drive" our beautiful floor models.

5. Pick any finishing touches

This is where things get interesting.  To complete your custom creation certain brands such as Lee Industries allow you to add casters, kick plates, nail heads, skirts, thread colour, seam style, welts...and it goes on from there.  Please see us in store to discuss the endless options.

Finishing touch featured above: mini pewter nail head on Lee Industries bench (9168-00).
