We will accept returns for items purchased within 15 days of purchase or delivery. Refunds will only be made with an original sales receipt. After 15 days a store credit will be issued. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, and we encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. If any damage occurs in transit or if there are any concerns with your order please contact us at 902-370-3225 during business hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receiving the return.
